Vishal Lingayat leads research, consulting, and execution at Rudra, with over 14 years of experience across corporate leadership, political consulting, and large-scale field operations. He has previously worked with Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra, where he developed strong expertise in operations, systems, process design, and team management. He holds an MBA in Agri-Business Management from VAMNICOM, Pune.
A result-oriented psephologist, he has been instrumental in building Rudra’s trained manpower, structured systems and processes, and result-oriented research methodologies. Under his leadership, Rudra has consistently delivered accurate exit poll assessments across major elections and by-elections.
He has led large-scale field operations across all 36 districts of Maharashtra and multiple states, managing 500+ field personnel and establishing strong ground-level intelligence systems.
His core strength lies in developing structured systems, optimising manpower, and driving execution to achieve organisational goals. He also brings practical experience in Agri-export operations, with a strong understanding of rural ecosystems and ground-level networks.
His work is closely aligned with Rudra’s focus on political consulting, surveys, ground intelligence, and project monitoring (PMC), supporting clients with clear, data-backed direction for decision-making and execution.
